The Role:

Our Client Engagement team advises and guides a wide variety of clients, ensuring they launch the Inbox Health platform successfully, adopt it widely and are continually driving business value from their relationship with us. We are seeking an energetic, experienced Client Engagement Manager (CEM) who loves to work with and grow a portfolio of clients of various sizes.

As an Inbox Health CEM, you will work with a portfolio of medical billers contracted by our sales team to onboard their medical practices onto our patient billing platform. Part sales person, project manager, consultant and product expert, our CEMs are continually focused on helping our clients improve their patient billing and be successful with Inbox Health. The role requires minimal travel.
