General Summary
This role is responsible for developing and qualifying leads for our Global Markets Sales and Societal Impact groups across the organization. The position manages the Global Marketing pipeline by acquiring and cultivating prospects and clients and working closely with other client-facing groups across the enterprise. Interaction with clients and potential clients occurs mainly through video conferencing, phone, and email. Key success factors include managing lead qualifications, lead conversions, and sourcing new business opportunities from organizations. Collaboration with the Sales and Societal Impact groups are essential when consultative and integrated solutions are identified.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
Account Management: Cultivate entry-level CCL engagements and develop them into qualified opportunities for business and client partners. Collaborate cross-functionally to target and enhance client relationships. Develop and implement client strategies, conduct internal reviews, assess ongoing needs, and maintain quality control over client relationships.
Pipeline and Lead Management: Build and maintain a strong pipeline through proactive lead outreach and market analysis. Qualify and develop leads into revenue opportunities. Advance larger, integrated opportunities to CCL's SI and Sales teams.
Prospect Generation: Assess lead generation through marketing channels like trade shows, campaigns, alumni referrals, and targeted projects. Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Societal Impact to create processes and projects that generate additional leads.
Minimum Job Specifications (Requirements)
Education
BS/BA degree preferred and/or equivalent sales experience
Experience/Work Background
At least 3 - 5 years of sales, marketing, and client service experience required
Specific Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required
Strong business acumen and demonstrated sales mindset
Excellent attention to detail and knowledge of CRM system(s)
Database management (ability to mine and use data to support sales efforts)
Goal oriented
Excellent time/project management skills required
Ability to multi-task
Relationship building skills
Strong telephone presence
Ability to work independently and as a part of cross-functional teams
Skilled in Windows PC environment
Pay and Benefits
The hiring range for this role is $60,000 - $65,000. Offer will be commensurate with relevant qualifications and professional experience
