You will administer and coordinate the delivery of multiple McKinsey Academy blended and in-person program workshops while working with multiple stakeholders simultaneously.

In this role, your day to day responsibilities will revolve around identifying and organizing all logistics related to workshops within a portfolio or set of programs. You will collaborate with relevant colleagues and stakeholders to ensure all workshop-specific needs are identified and organized for a smooth delivery (e.g., launching pre-defined communications, enabling facilitator/teaching assistant preparation, managing logistics and vendor relationships, producing the virtual program). You will also ensure that successful programs are delivered with a 'best in class' experience for our faculty and clients.

You will orchestrate all pre and post program actions for assigned programs including supporting virtual, in-person and blended journeys as well as interacting directly with our client participants. You will work with a broad set of individuals and will communicate critical information in a clear, accurate and timely manner. You will also document, compile and share post program reporting on workshop learning data as needed through our collaboration and pipeline tool.

You'll be a part of a global team so you will also support team-specific strategic projects. You will own workstreams aligned with your strengths and passions.

  • Bachelor's degree

  • 1+ years of administrative experience

  • Proficient in Microsoft office (Outlook, Excel, Word Powerpoint)

  • Experience with learning management systems preferred

  • Experience successfully managing the organization and implementating events for senior audience

  • Exceptional professional interpersonal skills; ability to comfortably interact with senior executives

  • Strong project management and time management skills; ability to work under pressure

  • Willingness to travel 50-70%

You'll oversee the delivery of all McKinsey Academy products within assigned product portfolios. In this role, you will work with McKinsey senior partners, partners and associate partners, both inside and outside of the academy on a weekly basis to accomplish growth targets and meet client delivery needs. You will work with a global team of diverse delivery colleagues to manage their capacity, maintain work place health and align them with confirmed client deployments within appropriate McKinsey Academy offering pods. You will collaborate with offering owners and client delivery managers to continuously refine delivery playbooks and work-plans for a set of academy products that ensure consistency, scalability and operational effectiveness while maintaining quality and an optimal client experience. You will leverage operational excellence to work with professional development, client development colleagues and opportunity owners to ensure expectations are aligned regarding anticipated delivery timelines and availability/capacity of delivery colleagues. You will develop and maintain the onboarding approach within assigned product portfolio(s) assisting client delivery managers in preparing new colleagues to ensure they are equipped to deliver programs effectively. As the leader of your product portfolio, you will collaborate with delivery colleagues to ensure timely, proper and effective use of academy's pipeline and delivery solution (Salesforce) and other tracking tools in measuring program effectiveness. With your knowledge of different products, you will drive impact measurement across delivery of assigned product portfolio (e.g. ensure delivery colleagues are following procedures, monitor and benchmark results, identify trends across deployments, synthesize findings, report results to leadership, execute on recommendations and escalate issues as needed).
