Quad/Graphics is seeking a Systems Administrator to join our Global Infrastructure Services team at our World Headquarters in Sussex. WI. The ideal candidate will perform day-to-day systems/network administration duties in a global enterprise computing environment. The position includes, but is not limited to designing, building, and supporting the following infrastructure on a global scale:#LI-SK1

  • Multiple Active Directory domains

  • Office 365 Platform and services (including the Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Skype platforms), as well as integrations with Azure

  • Network Services (DHCP, DNS, etc.)

  • Web Servers and Load Balancers

  • Identity and Access Management (IAM), specifically using Identity IQ

Qualifications

  • The ideal applicant will have at least a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, Computer Engineering or related technology field, or be working towards a such degree. However, a strong technical background and/or experience may qualify as well.

  • Strong and professional verbal and written communication skills are required, as well as a willingness to actively contribute in a team environment

  • Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for technology

  • Scripting experience/abilities in PowerShell or another scripting language is required

Quad/Graphics is seeking a Taleo System Administrator to join our growing Talent Acquisition Team. The Recruiting System Administrator helps move from plan to action. Collaborating closely with internal and external stakeholders, this role enables the delivery of global recruiting and hiring processes by supporting the continuous operation, oversight, and maintenance of Taleo Enterprise (TEE) applicant tracking system. Sitting within the corporate talent acquisition team, this system administrator provides day-to-day management, utilization and delivery of Taleo as the subject matter expert and best practice liaison for system users. System Administration: * Maximize organizational investment and effectiveness of Taleo. Continuously seek ways to improve recruitment processes / programs and create synergies through the use of the Taleo. * Take initiative to understand organizational needs and drivers, identify trends, evaluate practices, document process requirements related to the usage of Taleo. Recommend changes to TA processes and systems or suggest alternative solutions. * Lead system feature and functionality research, analysis, documentation, and problem solving of issues or enhancement requests. * Support, maintain, configure, and deploy functionality within Taleo and other related recruiting applications. * Create, maintain and deliver moderate to complex metrics via the Taleo OBI reporting suite to support Business in making strategic and operational decisions. System Liaison and Training: * Work with system users and stakeholders to provide troubleshooting, research, and guidance as needed, consistently leveraging best practices. * Serve as the main point of contact and system expert for incoming user inquiries, issues, and work requests related to Taleo and/or its associated processes. Manage incoming inquiries to closure, appropriately escalating cases and broader discussions as needed. * Support the roll out of TA projects and initiatives to business users. Manage expectations, communicate system updates, changes, pilots / roll-outs to relevant groups, and promote optimum understanding, efficiency and maximization through the use of the Taleo system. * Collaborate with other HR areas in order to effectively communicate and understand business requirements related to HR Technologies and the hand-off of information. Required Qualifications: * Previous experience using Taleo Enterprise or other enterprise level applicant tracking systems * 1+ years relevant experience in a system administration, SAS configuration, or business analyst type role * Bachelors degree in business, computer science, or human resources preferred * Demonstrated effective facilitation and coaching skills including experience in facilitating learning / training to teams. * Demonstrated proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint. * Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess and present key information or data. * Knowledge of, commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within the recruitment and employment function * Knowledge of software implementation process and development life cycle. * Knowledge of technical database concepts and design (i.e. relational database structures) * Extraordinary organizational skills with effective time management skills. * Ability to successfully accomplish multiple tasks simultaneously. * Strong interpersonal skills with a polished and professional demeanor and communication style. * Strong team player with solid planning, judgment, flexibility, collaboration, and decision-making abilities * Taleo certification preferred Additional Company Information We offer excellent benefits to eligible employees, including 401(k), holidays, vacations and more.
