Client Associate

Your role

We're looking for a Client Associate to focus on Marketing and Social Media for the team. Your role will be to:

• create custom marketing pieces to include magazine ads and advertorials
• plan team marketing events to include preparation of materials and full event details
• maintain social media platforms to include LinkedIn and FA website
• maintain all team marketing materials
• keep management systems up-to-date with client and prospect information
• provide the team with a detailed calendar of activities

Your expertise

• ideally 2+ years of experience in marketing and client service, within the finance sector
• bachelor degree preferred, focusing on Business with a concentration in Marketing
• focus on marketing with strengths in social media, specifically LinkedIn.
• ability to develop and maintain team website with current up to date content
• willingness to learn corporate marketing material utilizing firm central database
• ambition to create custom marketing material for team for public distribution
• excellent communicator, with solid interpersonal skills
• detail oriented (nothing gets past you)
• proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
