We are looking for a Client Analytics Manager to join our Client Analytics & Interventions team within our Customer Success division. Your job will be to use your analytical skillset to directly improve client and company performance, contributing to client revenue, retention, and satisfaction. The Team: Our Client Analytics & Interventions team authors our client performance and value framework, which unifies our revenue optimization and value assertion messaging to our clients and for the company as a whole. Unlike most analytics teams, we are held accountable to delivering performance results with our partners in customer success. As an analyst on the team, you will see your work directly impact client outcomes.
Own the development and instrumentation of net new metrics designed to drive performance or convey value to our customers within our Performance & Value Framework Initiative
Research, codify, test, implement, and measure performance interventions
Participate in and lead research and analysis projects that span a variety of topics across athena's operations, finance, product, and client teams
Bachelor's or advanced degree in economics, business, healthcare administration, computer science, or a similar field
Minimum of 7 years professional work experience and 2+ years in an analytical role
Experience with a least one programming and/or data-extraction language (e.g., SQL, R, Python). Willingness to learn Oracle SQL quickly and at an expert level, and to learn other data extraction/programming languages as needed
Ability to present findings - at a technical or non-technical level - to internal or external stakeholders of highly varying technical expertise
