Client Analyst

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in the financial services industry.

• Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office programs.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Client Analyst Responsibilities:

• Foster a positive relationship with financial clients and use problem-solving skills/analytical thinking when assisting with client inquiries.

• Assist with client taxes including requesting tax checks and drafting tax notices.

• Gather documents from online portals.

• Review and summarize travel calendars.

• Prepare consent forms and LOAs.

• Request checks for invoices.

• Maintain accurate and organized documents.

• Prioritize confidentiality of client information.

Salary | $49,500 - $52,000
