What you will do:

The Client Accounting Administrator liaises with Bank customers on a daily basis and is accountable for the quality of service provided, maintaining client relationships in coordination with the Factoring Finance Operations team as well as other support groups. Additionally, this position is responsible for providing operational and administrative support to the department.

  • Enter daily advances and client charges into Stucky database system and reconcile by close of business; maintain backup.

  • Prepare refunds/broker fee payment checks.

  • Create Business Transaction Events (BTEs) in Signature bank platform.

  • Print daily incoming ACH's for Senior Accountants; print and prepare End of Month (EOM) reports.

  • Cut OFAC and FINCEN checks as required.

  • Prepare files/boxes for transferring to warehouse for storage.

Ensure compliance with all regulations, policies, and procedures

Required Skills

  • 3 years of experience in the Financial Industry is required.

  • Candidates with advanced degrees (Associates, Bachelor's, and/or Master's) preferred, yet a High School diploma or GED is required. Candidates with some combination of coursework and experience, or else extensive related professional experience, are eligible for consideration.

  • Knowledge of Factoring business, bank products and services, desirable.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, team orientation and service orientation.

  • Exceptional multi-tasking skills, effective time management, organizational and prioritization skills.
