Why you want to work for our Sales team:

As a part of our sales team, you will join a group of intellectually curious entrepreneurs within the company. You will have the opportunity to create your day by deciding what is the best way to engage with potential customers to close deals. As being the first customer facing interaction, this team is focused on being Accruent's brand solution champions.

We are searching for a relational expert that can help existing customers increase their adoption of our application, expand their usage into other sites and divisions, and will ensure the renewal of existing support agreements and recurring revenue. The Client Account Executive will be required to achieve a sales objective and is primarily responsible for closing existing customer business. This person will be responsible for managing upwards of 50 accounts, be able to build relationships, and to utilize strategies to control the pace and progress of a sale as much as possible. Someone with strong knowledge of both our product and implementation services, along with the ability to bring customers to commitment will fit this role best.

This position reports directly to the Director, Sales and will be located remotely (preferably on the West coast).

What you bring to the table:

  • 3+ years B2B software sales experience and solid track record preferred

  • EAM/CMMS software sales experience a significant plus

  • Proactive personality driven to connect on a personal level with customers while prioritizing their effort towards those with the greatest expansion potential

  • Ability to identify customer needs and match them with available products and services

  • Ability to work remotely and be self-motivated

  • Experience managing a sales pipeline and negotiating existing business opportunities

  • Willing to work as a team player, helping others achieve success

  • Strong ability to collaborate with internal team members while serving as the customer's central POC (point-of-contact)

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills

  • Understanding of customer centric selling and sales process is a plus
