As a Client Access Representative, you'll be the friendly face that greets and assists clients from the moment they arrive. Your responsibilities will include scheduling appointments, verifying insurance information, collecting payments, and maintaining accurate client records. You'll collaborate closely with our clinical staff, ensuring efficient communication and coordination throughout the client's journey.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist clients, verifying personal information, insurance details, and collecting payments.
Schedule clinicians' appointments, obtain client benefits and eligibility information.
Manage appointment bumping, cancellations, and no-show situations according to established processes.
Collaborate with clients, families, and staff to resolve issues and provide exceptional service.
Prepare and maintain accurate client health records.
Balance daily cash amounts against transactions to ensure accurate recordkeeping.
Verify and coordinate client referrals.
Utilize Electronic Medical Records applications effectively.
Answer phone system, direct calls, and place calls as requested by leadership.
Manage dynamic, potentially stressful client encounters with professionalism.
Maintain a welcoming and organized reception area.
Maintain working knowledge of office equipment, such as fax, copiers, and phones.
Participate in service monitors and quality improvement programs.
Demonstrate excellent guest relations skills in all interactions.
Perform additional duties and projects as assigned by leadership.
Education and/or Experience Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required.
Previous customer service experience preferred.
Additional Qualifications:
Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Strong customer service orientation and ability to multi-task.
Excellent organization and typing skills, with the ability to work with computers.
Reliable transportation to get to the assigned area.
Ability to receive minimal instruction on day-to-day work and general instruction on new assignments
