1.A completed EDJOIN classified application showing at least one (1) year of responsible experience performing varied clerical work. 2. Copy of HS diploma or transcripts showing graduation or equivalent, or GED Certificate, or copy of transcripts showing high school graduation date. 3. Certificate of keyboarding/typing of 45 WPM or more in a 5 minute typing test.

Certificate of keyboarding/typing of 45 WPM or more must include the following: 1. Name of organization administering the exam 2.

Your name, first and last 3. Date exam was taken (within the past 12 months) 4. TYPING CERTIFICATE MUST BE SIGNED AND DATED BY THE TEST PROCTOR. (NO ONLINE CERTIFICATES ). ONLINE KEYBOARDING/TYPING TESTS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED *COPIES OF ALL DOCUMENTS MUST BE LEGIBLE This position requires at least One (1) year of responsible experience performing varied clerical work is required for this position.

If you have previously taken and passed testing for Clerk Typist II - Bilingual, you can bypass testing if you attach Proof of passing testing for Clerk Typist II - Bilingual with Moreno Valley Unified School District. The test will need to be dated within the last 12 months. If proof of passing testing for Clerk Typist II - Bilingual is not attached to this application, testing will be MANDATORY.

Prior to employment, all applicants are subject to a fingerprint clearance through the Department of Justice (DOJ) and a fee for processing. Authorization of employment will not be granted until the fingerprint clearance from DOJ has been accepted. CURRENT EMPLOYEES SHALL REMAIN IN A POSITION FOR AT LEAST ONE (1) YEAR FROM THE BEGINNING DATE OF AN INITIAL PROBATION OR PROMOTIONAL PROBATIONARY PERIOD (PER CONTRACT, ARTICLE 15).

  • Proof of HS Graduation (Copy of HS diploma or transcripts showing graduation or equivalent, or GED Certificate, or copy of college transcripts verifying high school graduation date.)
  • Typing Certificate (Certificate of Keyboarding/Typing of 45 WPM or more (no online certificates))
