This is a full time clerical position with the Lebanon County MH/ID/EI Program, providing support to the MH/ID/EI Programs. This position involves moderately complex clerical functions. Individual must be able to work with the mental health population.
The employee is responsible for providing a full range of support services to staff and the agency including answering phones, filing, opening/closing the office, distributing incoming mail, greet and direct visitors, greet psychiatric patients and sign them in for their appointments, and transcribe dictations from psychiatrist with a high degree of accuracy.
The employee is expected to exercise a high level of professionalism, initiative, and judgment in carrying out the duties and responsibilities of the position.
Work Hours: 8:00AM - 4:30PM with a one hour lunch period
