The Clerk Typist is the main receptionist, responsible for answering all in-coming phone calls, directing callers as appropriate and providing information on AAA services to the public. You will assist consumers coming into the office, provide clerical support, update agency publications and information listings, take mail to the Municipal Building each afternoon, open and distribute all agency mail daily, and perform other related duties as assigned.
Work Schedule: 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday
Lunch Period: 1 Hour

Hiring Preference for this vacancy will be given to candidates who live within Lebanon County. If no eligible candidates who live within Lebanon County apply for this position, candidates who reside in Berks, Dauphin, Lancaster, or Schuylkill counties may be considered.
