This role will report to the Retail Sportsbook Director and be responsible for working within a team to exceed customer satisfaction expectations and enhancing the player experience by providing professional, accurate and timely assistance for all matters related to the player's interaction with the Sportsbook and its related products
Record wager requests from patrons and input them into the wagering system
Manage a cash drawer for taking wagers and making payouts and reconcile this drawer
Commit to detecting and advising customers at risk of potential responsible gaming issues
Effectively communicate T's & C's to customers regarding wagering rules and policy's
Promote and educate patrons on the availability of all sports related products and wager types
Must be available to worked varied schedules. Shifts will be at varying hours of the day and night, 7 days per week, 52 weeks per year
Must hold or be able to obtain a Casino Employee Registration from the NJ DGE.
Excellent command of the English language.
Competent working knowledge of MS Office applications.
Advanced knowledge of online and/or brick and mortar casino and sports book operations not a requirement, but a plus!
Capable of working efficiently in a high volume work environment
Knowledgeable with Sports wagering terminology..
Possess excellent customer service/support skills.
Experienced in troubleshooting and triaging complicated matters related to player inquiries.
Proficient experience using computers and navigating software systems.
