Position Overview/Position Responsibilities:

Responsible for facilitating processes related to picking activities ensuring that accuracy, quality, productivity, and shipping deadlines are met. Maintains accurate flow of communication between leadership and adjacent picking areas related to picking capacity and daily performance.

Tasks, Duties & Responsibilities:

• Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area.

• Assist in maintaining the security of the warehouse.

• Conduct operations in a manner that promotes safety.

• Comply with OHSA and other applicable standards.

• Reports issues and problems to Management

• Ensure that safety/housekeeping regulations are met and that all employees are working in a safe environment.

• Ensure the accuracy of all shipping documents both domestically and internationally.

• Enters data into systems.

• Ensures that packaging counts match picking documents and resolve discrepancies.

What we are looking for:

Must Have:

• High school diploma required.

• Two to four years' experience in a shipping environment.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Microsoft Excel and Word and RF scanning equipment.

• Must be able to be mobile, stand 95% of the shift, and be able to lift/ handle standard shipping cartons.
