Specific Job Functions:

  • Welcome guests to the property and provides AAA four diamond service.

  • Assist guests with basic property questions and provide guests with the information requested.

  • Assist guests with safety deposit boxes.

  • Assist guests with shipping and receiving packages, faxes, and mail.

  • Assist guests with basic business needs such as supplies or access to the business service suite.

  • Answer phone calls from guests and provide assistance when necessary.

  • Perform all duties deemed necessary for the success of the department.

Qualifications:

  • Providing excellent customer service skills is required.

  • Knowledge of basic office equipment including fax, copier, printers, keyboards and answering phones preferred.

  • Previous business services or mail service experience preferred.

  • Prior customer service experience is preferred.

  • Previous cash handling experience is preferred.

  • Must have open availability.

  • Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.

  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
