Location: This position is office-based in Tampa FL

Level I:

Responsible for providing basic clerical activities in support of a department.

Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:

  • Makes and receives phone calls to exchange information to accomplish tasks. Routinely files work, reports, etc. in case files and designated areas.

  • Sorts, labels, alphabetizes documents/files, etc. for others to execute work effort.

  • Extracts, sorts, preps, batches and routes documents within the company as needed.

  • Operates camera/scanner and retrieves previously scanned information as needed.

  • Copies incoming and outgoing correspondence.

Level II:

Responsible for providing a variety of clerical and some administrative duties.

Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:

  • Makes and receives phone calls to exchange information to accomplish tasks.

  • Organizes/maintainers files, records, lists, and handles mail.

  • Type's letters, forms and other documents, checks documents for accuracy and completeness, and cross-references information.

  • Maintains supply inventories.

  • Provides timely and accurate resolution of clerical issues.

  • Assists with training of clerical staff.

  • May search and investigate information contained in files.

Qualifications

Level I:

  • Requires a High School diploma or GED;

  • up to 1 year of related work experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

  • Basic analytical, communication and vocational skills and ability to operate basic equipment required.

Level II:

  • Requires a high school diploma or GED;

  • 3 -5 years of clerical experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

  • Ability to operate basic office equipment such as personal computers and basic software packages, fax machines, copiers, and telephone systems.

  • Must have knowledge of the various operations of the organization, products, and services required.

Job Overview: We are seeking a Supervisor that can lead, motivate, and problem solve with your team in highly sensitive and emotional situations, frequently interacting with families who have experienced the loss of a loved one. We are seeking a supervisor who is empathetic, has excellent communication skills, strong problem solving skills, effective conflict resolution skills, and is a motivated self-starter. While prior experience in the biohazard industry is a benefit, it is not required. Aftermath provides comprehensive training and certification on safety and compliance, biohazard cleanup process and procedure, and customer service. We are committed to training our Supervisors for success. Main Responsibilities: * Provides leadership and direction to the field crime scene cleanup team to ensure 100% customer satisfaction * will work hand-in-hand with the team to clean up after situations like suicides, homicides, unattended deaths, or accidents * He/she will lead all on-site customer interactions, estimate the project scope, get agreement from the customer to proceed * Project manage the cleanup & Document and process required paperwork * Responsible for Coordinating logistics and travel for the team * Responsible for On-going training of process and procedure and safety compliance * Inventory management * Oversee maintenance of location and truck Experience and Skills: Basic Qualifications: * High School Diploma or equivalent * Must have a valid Driver's License and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record * Must be available (on call) 24 hours a day, 7 days a week * Occasional overnight travel, including multi-day travel * Ability to lift up to 50lbs * Strong Communication skills * Competency in project management, organization, attention to detail and time management * Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications Preferred Qualifications: * Previous Supervisory experience preferred * Background in construction, demolition, restoration, or experience using hand or power tools preferred * 2+ years of successful technical service or field sales support experience * Prior experience that demonstrates a strong work ethic and ability to multi-task Aftermath Inc Tampa FL
