The Clerk II is a valuable member of our clinical operations team who is responsible for providing a wide range of services, including medical records, general correspondence reports, and forms.  Responsible for handling or directing calls from the public or staff in the best interest of the caller.

To be successful in this role, we are looking for someone who

Schedule: Monday 8:00 to 4:00 P.M.

Tuesday 8:00 to 4:00 P.M

Wednesday 8:00 to 4:00 P.M.

Thursday 12 to 8:00 P.M.

Friday 8:00 to 4:00 P.M 

1.  Enters programmatic data into the computer.

2.  Types of client records, correspondence, and memoranda.

3.  Serves as receptionist when required.

4.  Files documents, correspondence, and client-related records properly.

5.  Maintains and keeps records.

6.  Interprets, as required, if bilingual.

7.  Promotes efficient office operations.

8.  Provides secretarial support to the program in general.

9.  Enters data into various computer programs.



  1.    Compiles reports, data, and other documents as assigned.

  • Requires a high school diploma or G.E.D. certificate.

  • Requires 1 year of general office experience.

  • Spanish-speaking a plus.
