Maintenance and distribution of supplies and forms, monitoring and providing routine maintenance on all office equipment. Minimal typing and proofreading of documents and accessing the database information as needed.

Work hours and additional information:

  • Full-time employment

  • Work Hours: 8:30 am

  • 4:30 pm; Monday

  • Friday; half hour lunch

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:Six months as a Clerk 1 and educational development to the level of the eighth grade; OR completion of high school business curriculum; ORany equivalent experience and/or training which provides the required knowledge and abilities.

If you are interested in this career opportunity, please apply today. This is an entry-level Caseworker position with a reduced caseload and increased supervision and oversight. The primary responsibility of this position is the provision of direct service to a caseload of families. Direct service includes, but is not limited to, the performance and provision of specific services such as, conducting assessments/investigations; case management; placement of children into foster homes; supportive counseling to children and their families; assistance in specialized areas such as home and money management, child rearing, employment, and living arrangements for children and adolescents; and case specific coordination and advocacy including making referrals to increase effectiveness of services. The majority of the work in conducted during home visits or in community settings. The employee in this position will participate in county training program and formal training leading to caseworker certification. Position may require working beyond the regular workday to meet the needs of families.
