Watertown Regional Medical Center Rehabilitation Therapy Department is seeking a Clinical Assistant

Do you answer the phone with a smile in your voice and have a gift for making people feel welcome? The person hired for this position will schedule appointments to maintain optimal patient flow to the benefit of the patient and clinic staff; and communicate with patients, staff, and other service departments in a professional and effective manner. From their very first phone call to their last follow-up visit, our patients and their families come first. • High School diploma or equivalent

• Minimum of one year work experience in medical office environment preferred.

• Excellent customer service skills.

• Current CPR certification or to be obtained within 6 months of date of hire.
