Clerical Assistant - Providence St Peter Hospital (Part Time, Variable Shift)

Administrative Assistant performs administrative operational support functions for the department related to funds received for deposit, purchase requests, and invoices, and coordinates processes essential to day-to-day functioning of the foundation office. This position supports the Program Coordinator and helps bridge key facets for services essential for all programs, ensuring efficient workflow and excellent customer service for board members, donors, staff, and general public. The position is supervised by the foundation executive director.

Required qualifications:

• 1 year of Clerical experience, medical setting preferred.

Preferred qualifications:

• Associate's Degree Or Additional clerical experience may substitute for the degree.

• Medical Terminology experience.
