Clerical Assistant- Kadlec Regional Medical Center- Richland, WA

Under Pharmacy Director's supervision, performs a variety of secretarial, clerical and office support duties; receives, sorts, and sends pharmacy interdepartmental mail; Performs supplemental inventory maintenance and data entry procedures; organizes and maintains departmental financial reports, initiates miscellaneous payment requests; Maintains a variety of department files and documents;

Shift Details:

• Part time, 0.5 FTE, Day Shift, 0040 - No Daily Overtime 40 Hour Week

Required qualifications:

• Microsoft Word and Excel experience.

Preferred qualifications:

• Clerical experience.
• Healthcare experience.
• Medical Terminology experience.
• Pharmacy experience.
