Clerical Assistant

Duties/Responsibilities

• Reception: Greet Visitors

• Copy documents, scanning, filing

• Assist faculty and staff with organization

• Assist with proofreading as needed

• Work with Director on special projects as needed

• Other office tasks as needed

• Assist with admissions

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills

• Preferably with work experience

• Proficient in computer applications (Microsoft office, Excel and Power-Point)

Work Schedule: September - May, Possible summer hours (8-12 hours per week)
