NTT DATA Services currently seeks a Clerical Analyst to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona (US-AZ), United States (US).

In this role you will have the opportunity to:

  • Provide a variety of Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) support services to customers including data processing, document management, data analysis, quality control, delivery support and customer service.

  • Process claims, billing and account reconciliation, credit and collections, UAT, complaint research and resolution, and general customer service support.

  • Resolve customer questions, complaints and requests.

  • Maintain appropriate records and perform related administrative and clerical functions.

  • Access invoicing system, verify financial data, electronically deliver invoices and correspond electronically with customers

Required Skills for this role include:

  • 6+ months of experience in a professional/office related environment (i.e. office support, administrative, clerical, customer service) that required you to work regularly scheduled shifts.

  • 6+ months of experience as an end user of a billing, general accounting or financial software

  • High School Diploma

  • US Citizenship

JOB SUMMARY Under general supervision provide clerical and administrative support of Operations management. Compile and maintain records of business transactions and office activities of terminal, performing a variety of clerical duties and utilizing knowledge of office systems and procedures. Maintain positive customer relations in response to calls. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES * Copy data and compile records and reports. Tabulate and post data into computer system. Record orders for service. * Answer phones and provide customer assistance in response to inquiries. Refer to appropriate personnel as needed. May investigate customer complaints. May adjust complaints. * Receive, count and pay out petty cash. Prepare, issue, and send out receipts, bills, invoices, statements, and checks. * Maintain office supply inventory. Order and stock supplies as needed. * Operate office machines, such as adding, calculating, and scanning machines. * Use mainframe computer terminal or personal computer for access to and entry of data. * Open and route incoming mail, answer correspondence, and prepare outgoing mail. Maintain office files. * Perform other duties as assigned. REQUIREMENTS * Basic computer literacy. * Effective organizational and prioritization skills for managing multiple tasks with interruptions from phone calls. * Effective verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills for handling phone inquiries, composing correspondence, dealing with customers and assisting management. * Ability to type with speed and accuracy. * Ability to work varied shifts and days of the week. * These worker characteristics are normally acquired through completion of a high school education or equivalent, courses in operating office equipment and 6 to 9 months related work experience. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS * Experience in the transportation industry.
