Job Description Job Description Cleared Senior Systems Engineer Bestgate Engineering is establishing a new team of six professionals and is looking to add a Systems Engineer to the group with adept project management and Scrum master skills. The ideal candidate will excel in interpersonal and communication abilities, skillfully eliciting and refining requirements, coordinating work breakdowns, and providing comprehensive documentation.

They will foster robust customer relationships, engaging external stakeholders to understand data needs in an agile development environment. Required Skills: Proficiency in AWS configurations and services.

Experience with Atlassian products for collaboration and project management. Strong grasp of data flow processes and interconnectivity between systems. Familiarity with software development lifecycle tasks, including design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.

Understanding of customer infrastructure and deployment procedures. Ability to deliver clear and concise status updates to senior leadership. Capacity to assign tasks effectively based on project priorities.

Capability to align sprint goals with long-term objectives and team capacity. Knowledge of Agile/Scrum principles and methods for iterative improvement. Proficiency in gathering requirements and communicating effectively within the team.

Desired Skills: Skill in tracking action items, dependencies, and project milestones. Organizational prowess and attention to detail in documentation.

Collaborative approach to recommending priorities based on team dynamics, mission objectives, and deadlines.
