We are seeking a dedicated Cleanscaper to join their dynamic team. This role offers part-time hours with the potential to transition into a full-time position.

Role:

As a Cleanscaper, you will provide top-notch cleaning and organizational services throughout Jackson and Josephine Counties, including Ashland, Medford, Grants Pass, Eagle Point, and Butte Falls.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform detailed cleaning tasks to the highest standards.

• Communicate effectively with team members and clients.

• Ensure timely completion of tasks.

• Infuse each space with positive energy and a sense of renewal.

Qualifications:

• Preferred experience in cleaning or related fields.

• Strong attention to detail and efficiency.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Must pass a background check.

Compensation:

• $21/hour for the first 90 days, with the potential for a pay increase based on performance.

Hours:

• Flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and on-call shifts.
