We are currently seeking a full time Crew Chief to providing training, supervision and support to individuals with disabilities who are employed on a cleaning crew. The crew chief will take a group of individuals to various sites throughout the community to perform outside contracted cleaning services and supervise a group of individuals with disabilities employed through the cleaning service to perform tasks associated with the job. The job will also require the successful candidate to perform janitorial tasks along side the crew to ensure the job is completed up to the customer's standards.


The successful candidate must have at least two years of janitorial experience and previous experience with stripping and waxing large floor areas. The candidate must also have a flexible schedule in order to meet the cleaning needs of the various contracts. Successful candidates must also be at least 18 years of age, have a valid NJDL, and the ability to drive and operate a 10-12 passenger van. Previous experience working with individuals with disabilities is preferred.
