Cleaning Advisor

Responsibilities

• Execute a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, polishing, sanitizing and disinfecting kitchen and bath areas per client's request
• Ensure all rooms are cared for and inspected according to standards
• Resolve noted reasonable complaints/requests with professionalism and patience to ensure a great customer experience
• Adhere strictly to all health and safety rules and regulation standards and pursue marketplace best practices as a part of your business.

Requirements

• Capacity to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance
• Customer-oriented and friendly
• Possess the ability to prioritize and manage time properly to perform multiple tasks
• Working efficiently without compromising quality
• Fluent and knowledgeable in speaking and writing the English language

Benefits

Your compensation is based on a 25% revenue sharing model for the cost of each completed job.

Your compensation and payout options are the combination of the following:

1) Revenue Sharing

2) Customer Tips

• You keep 100% of your tips earned which increases your overall compensation

3) Potential Incentive Payouts

• VFC periodically increases the percentage on revenue sharing as an incentive for specific jobs

4) Weekly Pay Dates

• Your pay will automatically be direct deposited every 7 days into the Financial Institution of your choice

5) Cash Out Options: You can receive your compensation within 24 - 48 hours after completing the job

Based on our earnings model your time commitment and earnings potential is in your control. Our revenue sharing model allows you to control your earnings based on the number of jobs completed.

At times there may be additional payouts and incentives to take on extra jobs.

Lastly, when you do a great job for your clients your client has the ability to provide you a Tip $$$.
