Upon acceptance of offer, we will coordinate new hire paperwork and pre-employment substance abuse screening (Drug Free Employer).

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Clean and sanitize designated areas, including break rooms, hallways,

restrooms, and other common areas of the buildings.

• Operate cleaning equipment, such as vacuums, floor scrubbers, and other

cleaning tools and machines.

• Restock and maintain janitorial supplies, including paper towels, toilet

paper, and soap dispensers.

• Follow cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure that all areas are

cleaned thoroughly and in a timely manner.

• Perform all job functions with safety as a priority and buy-in our corporate

philosophy of "NOBODY GETS HURT, PERIOD".

• Notify facility maintenance staff of any maintenance or repair issues.

• Maintain a safe and clean working environment.

• Perform other related duties as assigned.

• Maintain confidentiality of business and personal information, including but

not limited to verbal, sign language, written, and digital information

sources.

Required Qualifications:

• High school graduate or equivalent (Required)

• Must be at a minimum, 18 years of age

• Night Shift (Required)

• Driver's License (Preferred)

• One year of building cleaning experience (preferred)

• Must be able to pass a drug screen (Drug Free Employer)

• The applicant shall prove a reasonable amount of aptitude and interest in

the craft.

Compensation:

Compensation Range $16.00-$21.00

Competitive wage commensurate with experience.

Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as related work experience, market conditions, education/training, certifications and other credentials, overtime when applicable, as well as applicable knowledge and skills.
