TECHNOLOGY INTEGRATION TEACHER - Part Time

024-2025 School Year

St. Ann Catholic Academy of Bridgeport

Qualifications:

1.Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university.

2.Chromebook, iPad, Google Suite, Coding, Personalized Learning and robotic teaching experience in the classroom.

3.Able to support Distance Learning.

4.A minimum of two years' experience delivering and integrating technology in instructional programs for Pre K - 8.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

1.Demonstrate knowledge of Personalized Learning.

2.Knowledge of Rediker and student information systems

3.Knowledge of progress monitoring assessments and the ability to conduct them

4.Demonstrate knowledge of new computer, video, communication, web-based technologies, curriculum design, and working knowledge of instructional design and assessments.

5.Demonstrate the ability to effectively educate/mentor technology users.

6.Demonstrate effective time management, organizational skills, and prioritization of work to meet user's needs.

7.Demonstrate ability to follow and communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.

8.Demonstrate ability to quickly acquire new knowledge regarding technology.

9.Demonstrate initiative, flexibility, and ability to work independently.

10. Demonstrate enthusiasm for use of technology.

11. Demonstrate excellent human relations/interpersonal skills.

12. Demonstrate ability to design/deliver technology-enhanced instruction.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

1.Promotes model instructional practices and the role of technology in them.

2.Articulates appropriate instructional technology practices as described in technology standards for students, and

teachers.

3.Provides assistance and training to building instructional staff in the integration of technology to support student

achievement. This includes Distance Learning.

4.Collaborates with the Head of School and staff to ensure infrastructure and tools are available to carry out school and

technology initiatives.

5.Participates in ongoing professional development related to job responsibilities and maintaining expertise in the field.

6.Participates in workshops and meetings required by the Diocese of Bridgeport.

7.Performs other duties as assigned.
