Through an exciting university partnership, we are making it possible for qualified candidates to work as Special Education teachers while earning a PDE PK-12 Special Education Certification in just 18 months. Not only will cohort participants be employed as full-time teachers, but the university tuition costs will be completely funded by the CCIU tuition reimbursement benefit!

Cohort participants can be placed at several of our schools within Chester County.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors level degree required

• Experience working with children and adolescents with severe and complex behavior challenges in school, community, or residential setting preferred

• Current police, child abuse & FBI fingerprint clearances required

Salaries starting at $54,609 for the 2024-25 school year
