Martin Luther School, an Approved Private School, located on a picturesque 36-acre campus in Plymouth Meeting, provides a comprehensive program for students who need emotional support. The focus of the position is to provide direct instruction to students to help them learn subject matter and skills that will contribute to their social, emotional, and academic development; coordinating work within the School, as well as with other divisions/departments; complying with operating policies and procedures established for the assigned function; communicating with appropriate personnel; responding to inquiries or requests for information; maintaining appropriate records and providing assigned reports.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
Teaching certification or license
Proven experience in classroom management and lesson planning
Strong communication and organizational skills
Experience working with students in a teaching capacity
Familiarity with literacy education principles
Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet diverse student needs
Experience in tutoring or instructional design is a plus
Knowledge of educational technology and its integration into the classroom
Familiarity with curriculum development and educational standards
Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and support staff
Willingness to engage in ongoing professional development opportunities
