The Connecticut River Academy (http://www.ctriveracademy.org) is a Sustainability Studies/Early College Magnet High School and Middle School operated by Goodwin University on its river campus in East Hartford. We currently have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic PE/Health Teacher with an ability to motivate students from diverse backgrounds and interests.

The school features a collaborative teaching model, block scheduling, hands-on learning, and multiple connections to Goodwin University. The successful candidate must have excellent interpersonal skills, a strong desire to work with students from urban and suburban settings, and possess an understanding of and appreciation for multicultural education. The selected teacher will experience a state-of-the art facility and become a member of a dynamic team of educators.
