Key Responsibilities

• Create and deliver engaging lesson plans that align with state standards and district curriculum.

• Assess student progress through various methods, including formative and summative assessments as well as use data to inform instruction.

• Develop a positive and supportive classroom environment that fosters student success and well-being, including establishing clear rules and procedures that promote respect and collaboration.

Requirements

Certification: A valid (active) Pennsylvania Instructional I/ II certification in ELEMENTARY, K-6 or GRADES 4-8 is required.

Compensation

This position is FLSA Exempt and compensated per SLSD-SLEA Collective Bargaining Agreement.
