Job Description:

Primary Objective: To plan and deliver a program of instruction that meets students' needs, is consistent with good practice and fulfills the expectations criteria for teachers as identified in the Webster Groves School District teacher evaluation tool.

Essential Functions:

• Share ideas and observations with students, families, and colleagues.

• Develop a cooperative partnership with parents and students based on mutual respect and objectivity.

• Participate in district and building-level committees.

• Follow guidance and policies established by the Board of Education.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's Degree

• Certification: Missouri Teacher Certification (Early Childhood B-3 required)

Compensation: Certified Salary Schedule
