Your Skills and Talents: A Winning Combination!

  • Age Requirement: Must be 18 years or older to join our team and embark on this rewarding journey.

  • Driver's License: A valid driver's license is essential for certain roles, enabling you to navigate and support our community effectively.

  • Educational Background: While not mandatory, a bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or a related field is preferred. It lays a strong foundation for understanding and supporting individuals with developmental challenges.

  • Experience: Previous experience working with individuals facing developmental challenges or in a classroom setting is desirable. Your hands-on experience adds depth to our team's expertise.

  • Availability: M-F 8am-4pm

  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills are key. We value your ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues, educators, and families, fostering a supportive and inclusive environment.
