In addition to the knowledge, skills, and focus listed above, this position also requires:
Experience: Two years' experience in professional personnel administration
Education: A baccalaureate degree in human resource management, business or public administration, social sciences, or a related field
Equivalency: A combination of education, training, or experience which provides an equivalent background required to perform this job
CCP and experience working in a union environment is desirable
