Responsible for classifying products, mapping orders, using system logic to determine weight and dimensions, monitoring product database, and periodically audit products for classifications and restrictions.

Research and determine the harmonized tariff schedule (hts) classification; apply restrictions to products Estimate weights and dimensions of products; assists in landed cost analysis. Maintain product database to support classification and compliance determinations.

Monitor and update inter-departmental smartsheet reports for initial and update product catalogs. Determines the proper entered value which may include research. Resolves issues through the ticketing system.

Compile and prepare various daily operations reports. Map orders for merchants and customers.

High school diploma/GED. Associate's or bachelor's degree strongly preferred.

Strong keyboarding skills. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP's & sorting/filtering). Must be able to manage a high volume of work with strict deadlines in a fast paced, growth-focused environment as well as follow company policies and procedures. This position may require various shifts, overtime, weekend, and holidays.
