Classic Car Parts Sales Associate

Job Description Job Description Classic Car Parts Shipping/ Receiving/ Inventory Associate Auto Obsession was founded in 1999, and sells restoration parts for classic cars and trucks. We have experienced incredible growth in the past few years.

We have recently upgraded computer systems, database and website, with updates continuing on a regular basis. Most of our sales are through our website, eBay and over the phone, but we still have quite a few local customers who come in to the store. We are also starting the build of a classic Camaro to highlight the products we sell.

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED: Knowledge of sales processes through e-commerce, ebay and in-store Knowledge of classic cars and car parts Computer proficiency. Experience with Mac Computers and FILEMAKER software is a plus Detail Oriented Organized Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to multi-task in an often fast paced environment Ability to see the big picture, recognize problem areas and provide solutions Looking for someone to add someone to our team that does the following:

Assists customers via phone, email, eBay and in store with their purchase of parts for their classic car or truck. Providing accurate information to the customer which ideally helps lead to a sale. Order fulfillment, including processing drop-ship orders Communicating with our vendors regarding product availability, ETA's and order status'. Checking voicemail messages Assist receiving/ inventory/ shipping personnel when needed Assisting in keeping orders moving smoothly to completion.

TEAMWORK: You will need to answer the phone, assist customers and even take out the trash sometimes So, flexibility, recognizing what needs to be done and a willingness to jump in and help is key. Must be able to lift 50 pounds. We are open Monday through Friday.

You need to be available to work 5 days a week. Pay will be commensurate with experience and skills. There will be a ramp-up period during training and acclimatation.
