The Classroom Administration assistant will assist the Classroom Manager with Milk Bar Classroom activity, in all markets. Including, bookings, coordination of private events, tracking of all aspects of Classes from an administration standpoint.
Classes and Events
Act as a secondary point of contact for clients holding private events in milk bar classroom spaces, helping coordinate all aspects of their experience
Answer phone calls and promptly respond to voicemails, comfort in handling all basic requests that come in through events@ on a day to day basis
Coordinate with the classroom teachers and fulfillment depts to ensure all event details are accounted for including catering, gift bags, and any other add ons
Maintain schedule of private and public events in the classroom space
Track attendance and payments for public events
Track contracts, payments, and onsite arrangements for private events
Fully understand and exhibit the Milk Bar ethos, embodying our core values and inspiring celebration, and serve as a brand ambassador both internally and externally
SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS
3+ Years Customer Service / Sales experience. Previous event coordinator experience a plus.
Superior time management and organizational skills.
Comfort working independently in a busy and sometimes high pressure environment.
Flexible schedule and weekend availability
Experience with: Windows, Excel, Google Drive, Paypal, Gmail. Hubspot, or similar CRM platform. Shopify or similar e-commerce platform is a huge plus.
