Overview
Our Safety-Kleen facility in Spokane Valley, WA is hiring experienced Class B Drivers.
As a Class B Route Driver, you will work outside year-round in all weather conditions while managing a route and operating a Vacuum Truck and/or Tanker to pick up industrial waste from customers such as automotive repair shops and quick oil change businesses. Must be able to drive manual transmission with your CDL (no automatic restrictions).

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Ensures Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes and acting in a safe manner at all times
Ability to pick up liquids, high solids, oil water, or sludge from a variety of sources included but not limited to oil/water separators, clarifiers, sumps, trenches, pits, floor drains and underground waste tanks
Ability to clean trenches leading to separators, pits, drains, sumps and other locations
Ability to up-sell at customer locations as well as generate new leads in the field
CDL Class B required
Ability to drive CDL manual transmission
Will operator tankers and vacuum trucks
Positive attitude, reliable, hardworking personalities encouraged to apply
Must be computer savvy
Cold Call / Route Sales experience a plus but not required
Monday
Hazmat & Tanker endorsements preferred, or ability to secure upon hire
Territory coverage = Eastern Washington and Northern Idaho
Occasional overnight travel (approximately 5%)
Hourly pay rate + paid overtime + commission
Any other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications
Qualifications:
Previous customer service experience preferred
Class B CDL preferred
Ability to perform labor experience - loading and unloading truck, moving drums, etc.
Ability to use a mobile computer
Must be able to use a computer
