Primary Responsibilities

  • Installs, calibrates, repairs, designs, constructs, adjusts, modifyies, and performs preventative maintenance on all types of electronic equipment

  • Follow all pant safety rules including all safety Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements

  • Performs daily inspection of all electronic devices necessary for machine performance and data collection to produce a quality product

  • Maintains daily shift inspection and repair logs for review by supervision, and other plant personnel

  • Analyzes and reviews wiring diagrams, blueprints and schematics

  • Checks to ensure electrical drawings are up-to-date

  • Uses various types of meters and test equipment proficiently to allow for sound decision-making in the troubleshooting proces

  • Communicates information to maintenance supervision and engineering to assist in analyzing equipment or for the purpose of making equipment modifications

  • Troubleshoots, locates and isolates problems associated with electrical equipment on the shingle line and saturator line

  • Maintains plant instrumentation such as heat controllers and recording devices, concentration transmitters, level controls, and flow control devices

  • Works with maintenance supervisor to insure a sufficient level of back up spares for all electronic equipment

  • Assists with maintenance as needed


  • A minimum of one (1) year electrical experience in an industrial manufacturing environment

  • Must have the ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner; work well alone and in group problem solving situations.

  • Must have the ability to follow instructions, commit to long hours of work when necessary to reach goals, and complete tasks on time or notify appropriate person as needed.

  • Must have the ability to provide relevant and timely information in a clear manner both verbally and in writing.

  • Must possess and utilize exemplary attention to detail (accuracy and thoroughness) and identify methods to improve and promote quality.

  • Must have the ability to apply accurate logic and reasoning, analyze issues from different perspectives and develop sound solutions in a timely manner.

  • Must have basic arithmetic ability including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division and the ability to calculate percentages and add, subtract, multiple and divide decimals.

  • Must have sound organizational skills in order to process job related data and in relation to work area materials.

  • Must have advanced reading abilities to read, analyze and interpret technical procedures, government regulations.

  • Must have the ability to use power tools, including electrical testing and measuring equipment.

As part of our professional team of clinicians, you will be responsible for ensuring the comfort and safety of the patients in the dialysis center. If you haven't considered Healthcare before, read on as we think that you should. Healthcare Experience is NOT required. What you can expect: * 1:1 Patient Care. Spending the majority of your day in direct one-on-one patient care to provide safe, comfortable and hygienic dialysis treatment. Our PCTs care for up to 4 patients at a time. * Building long-term relationships with your patients who are suffering from end stage renal disease and are receiving treatment on average 3 times/week. * Team. Cross functional team of clinicians including technicians, nurses, dietitians, social workers and leadership. PCTs work under the supervision of a RN. * Technician Duties. To monitor patients before, during and after dialysis treatment including measuring and recording stats, patient observations, and hemodialysis machine setup. Please note you will have exposure to blood and needles. * Schedule. Shifts can begin as early as 4:45 am. Typically working 12 hour shifts, 3 days/week. Clinics are closed on Sundays, and may be open on some holidays.
