We engineer, design, manufacture and construct custom refrigeration solutions for our customers all across North America. We are looking for a reliable and experienced Class A Truck Driver to support our manufacturing and construction teams and ensure timely delivery of materials. This position will play a crucial role in maintaining our commitment to customer satisfaction.

Job Role: The Class A Truck Driver will be responsible for transporting material and project supplies in support of manufacturing and construction teams.

Schedule: Full-time, mostly home daily. Will require one overnight trip per week.

Key Duties:

• Operate and drive Class A truck & trailer, ensuring timely delivery of loads between vendors, suppliers, and job sites

• Pull & operate 53' step deck, gooseneck trailer & mobile bottling line, including oversized loads

• Load & unload cargo, ensuring proper securing & handling of materials

• Conduct pre-trip & post-trip inspections and ensure the vehicle and load are in road worthy condition

• Communicate regularly with dispatchers and vendors to ensure proper load times are being met

• Adhere to all applicable laws and regulations governing commercial trucking, including hours-of-service regulations, weight limits, and transportation permits

• Complete and maintain accurate logs, trip sheets, fuel records, and other required paperwork in compliance with regulatory requirements

• Prioritize safety by following established safety procedures, using proper safety equipment, and reporting accidents, incidents, or safety concerns

• Interact professionally with customers during pick-up and delivery, providing excellent customer service

Requirements:

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with appropriate endorsements

• Proven experience as a Class A truck driver with a clean driving record

• Knowledge of and compliance with federal and state transportation regulations

• Ability to operate and maintain commercial motor vehicles

• Strong communication skills and professionalism in customer interactions

• Physical fitness and stamina for extended driving periods and cargo handling

• Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and routes

• Ability to pass a drug screen (DOT or otherwise)

• Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance procedures

• High school diploma or equivalent
