Class A Driver

Our Class Driver will be working a first shift with limited required OT. The Class Driver will support our customers for transporting goods and materials safely and efficiently to designated locations. Mon thru Fri. • Temp to hire position in 90 days (meeting hiring criteria) - $30 per hour to start - depending on experience

• Promotional and training opportunities Responsibilities: Responsibilities include but not limited to:
  
  Safely operate a Class A commercial vehicle to transport products to customer locations. Load and unload products onto and from the truck at customer sites. Provide assistance to customers during the unloading process as necessary.
  
  Ensure all products are securely loaded and properly secured for transport. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure roadworthiness. Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while operating the vehicle.
  
  Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including mileage, fuel, and delivery times. Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers regarding delivery schedules and any issues that may arise. Follow company policies and procedures regarding vehicle maintenance and safety protocols.
  
  Represent the company in a professional and courteous manner at all times. Working hours: 10:00 PM - 8:30 AM Skills: Excellent driving skills and knowledge of safe driving practices.
  
  Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  
  Flexibility to work varying hours and schedules as needed. Education: High School Experience: 1-4 years Qualifications: Valid Class A commercial driver's license (CDL). Clean driving record with no major violations.
