The Role: Vivint Smart Homes is seeking an experienced Ops Leader/Assistant Manager of Customer Solutions with a track record of building high performing virtual inbound customer service teams and developing strong supervisors. This role can be based in the Cedar City Vivint Smart Home CS office, and is responsible to lead a team of 8-10 supervisor.125-150 Customer Solutions Agents. The right candidate will have a strong sense of urgency and the ability to improve operational efficiency through process improvement. Other critical factors for this role include great problem-solving skills, the ability to think outside the box to resolve customer issues and fostering a best in class culture for our virtual team members.
