We are in search of Class A CDL Truck Drivers. We are a family owned and operated business who is currently in growth mode looking to add to our team. We offer a stable company in business 36 years, strong leadership, consistent freight, Hourly Pay, Medical and Dental Insurance , 401K program, Direct Deposit etc.


One year CDL Class A driving experience and Intermodal (Rail) experience preferred but not mandatory

We will look at applicants with little to no experience or recent truck driving school graduates with the stipulation that the applicants motor vehicle record is clear, or contains a maximum of one minor infraction, and applicant is willing to participate in a documented training period; and at our discretion.

Applicant must possess an Illinois CDL unless applicants residence borders Wisconsin or Indiana. No age limitation on owner operators equipment as long as the equipment is presentable, in good mechanical condition, and can perform the duties of the work applying for

Truck owner shall have in possession a current DOT appendix G annual inspection, registration, title or bill of sale and corporation papers if incorporated. In addition, a bob tail and physical damage policy is required ($1,000,000.00 limit on Bob Tail) unless the equipment owner chooses to sign up under Express group plan explained in the highlights section.

Fleet Owners (more than one truck), are required to be incorporated

Lease Agreements required for all Fleet Owner/Operators


High volume of work based on fleet size, great service and an established reputation for excellence; while being able to maintain a prominent safety record

$1000.00 dollar sign on bonus

$250.00 dollar additional bonus if HAZMAT endorsed, and every time HAZMAT endorsement is renewed

Weekly pay disbursed on Thursdays

Fleet Owners/Operators receive itemized settlements showing the pay for each move performed provided in an easily read and understandable format. Also includes fuel surcharge and detention pay if applicable

Fuel Card program

Group Bob tail and Physical damage program designed to save you $:

Physical Damage cost $3.39 per $1000 dollars in value. So $15,000 value would cost you - $50.85 per month

Bob Tail cost - $33.00 per month for $1,000,000.00 limit


Year end Safety Bonus based on years, 1-5, 6-10, 11-14 and 15 and up, of accident and injury free work performance

Drivers of the Month election receives $100.00 dollar bonus. Two recipients chosen each month

Roadside Inspections that result in zero violations issued a bonus as follows:

Level I - $100.00 dollars

Level II 50.00 dollars

Level III 25.00 dollars
