  • Complete real estate appraisals that are compliant with Federal and State laws, as well as being done in accordance with Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP).

  • Provide industry leading customer service while ensuring the highest level of appraisal quality. Represent Clear Capital with the highest level of ethics, integrity, and confidentiality.

  • Collaborates effectively with internal customers to ensure seamless customer service. Submits proactive status updates at the order level and responds to all calls/emails/texts in a prompt and professional manner.

  • Attends training seminars/webinars and conference calls as required.

  • Other duties as deemed necessary by management.

Required Job Related Skills and Experience:

  • Certified Residential or Certified GeneralAppraiser license in good standing.

  • FHA Approved appraiser in good standing.

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in completingresidential real estate appraisals.

  • Ability to act independently and consistentlymake appropriate decisions with minimal guidance and oversight.

  • Broad residential knowledge of properties andmarket factors within the geographic area of competency.

  • Consistently and independently handles allaspects of the job well within a defined territory.

  • A valid driver's license andthe ability to travel locally to complete appraisal assignments.

  • References from both afinancial institution (or an affiliated AMC) as well as personal references.

Preferred Job Related Skills and Experience:

  • Prior staff appraiser experience at a lender or appraisalmanagement company.

  • Veteran's Administration (VA) Approval.

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) from an accredited college or university.

  • Experience in appraising all types of residential property.

  • Working knowledge of Google web applications (including Google Hangouts and Google Documents).

Additional Requirements:

  • Strong technical skills including proficiency inthe use of electronic communications and document exchange via the Internet.Proficiency with appraisal software and hardware.

  • Demonstrated ability to establish priorities,take initiative, work under time pressures, work with minimal supervision, andexercise independent and sound judgment.

  • Perform work both indoors and outdoors. This may include being exposed to inclement weather during appraisalinspections.

  • Strong customer service orientation yet canhandle challenges related to process issues or value decisions.

  • Good oral and written communication skills,interpersonal relations skills, and organizational skills. Maintainsprofessional demeanor at all times and professional appearance when dealingwith the public (homeowners, real estate agents, clients).

  • Ability to reason, judge, compare, calculate,evaluate, and critique such information as written materials, numerical data,responses to customer needs and/or other work related activities. Provenresearch and analysis skills.

  • Ability to complete work inan acceptable time frame and manage a variety of detailed tasks andresponsibilities simultaneously and with accuracy to meet deadlines, goals, andobjectives and satisfy internal and external customer needs related to the job.

  • Open and flexible when itcomes to ongoing training, organizational change, and managerial direction.

The Senior Network Architect is responsible for execution of enterprise strategies for computing hardware, operating systems, storage, system software and infrastructure. This person coordinates the design and implementation of an evolving technical architecture. The Senior Network Architect works closely with the Network Engineers, reviewing technical designs, and providing technical direction. This person collaborates with architects and engineers from other disciplines to ensure the best comprehensive design for the environment. The Senior Network Architect may also assist with or direct the resolution of complex technical problems. * Provide technical excellence in at least four MGM Resorts core platforms (Routing and Switching, DWDM, Wireless, Network Protocols, Cable Plant, IPTV, Service Delivery). * Provide technical familiarity with additional MGM Resorts core platforms (Windows, Citrix, Storage, UNIX, AS/400, VM.). * Provide long-term vision and strategy for enterprise network architecture. * Coordinate the research of emerging technologies and the timing of introduction of such technologies into MGM Resorts. * Provides leadership for the identification and introduction of new technologies. * Consult with users on technology capabilities and limitation. * Guide the overall technical direction for the company for network infrastructure. * Provide technical direction to the Network Engineering (NE) Teams. * Develop close working relationships with all the NE teams and other engineering teams. * Provides leadership for the identification and introduction of network monitoring strategies. * Conduct presentations to management and/or technical staff to describe architectures and visions. * Architect secure, robust, reliable, and scalable engineering solutions. * Define strategic direction for network protocols, routing, switching, DWDM, wireless and network infrastructure. * Understands business needs. * Collaborates with IT Operations. * Measures Architecture performance to determine areas for improvement. * Provide third or highest level support on MGM Resorts core platforms. * Provide 24x7 on-call support. * Articulate implementation strategies for new technologies into our environment to Network Engineering. * Provide guidance for critical system interactions during technology implementations and migrations. * Perform other job related duties as requested.
