What Will You Do?

In this position you will provide claims administrative support through electronically indexing various forms of documentation and various administrative activities ensuring prompt, accurate, and efficient results. The ideal candidate must have a strong technical aptitude with a desire to learn and contribute in a results-oriented environment using good judgement, innovation, and efficient task completion.

Pay for this position is $20.30 per hour. Hours for this position will be 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Reviewing, prioritizing, and completing claims support transactions such as: document indexing, third party payer maintenance, electronic document conversion, basic administrative support requests, and basic medical bill entry.

  • Using multiple applications to process transactions while using appropriate judgment.

  • Prioritizing multiple tasks and unpredictable work volumes to ensure that work is produced on-time.

  • Receiving, maintain and processing electronic media and other incoming claims support material along with altering digital photos, documents and media files to ensure optimum viewing.

Minimum Requirements Include:

  • One year of general business experience demonstrating excellent customer service and the ability to manage multiple tasks

  • Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office programs

  • Proficient typing/data entry skills
