Zurich is seeking a Claims Administration Senior Coordinator to join the Claims Shared Services department located in Overland Park.
This team is part of Claims Administration and provides support to Zurich's customers with claims activity and inquiries on auto warranty policies.
Your primary accountability will be to handle inbound calls from customers in a high volume call center environment. You will perform research on claim activity and payments in order to provide immediate responses and information to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction. In this role, you will also have opportunity to learn basics regarding vehicle maintenance coverage. You will manage your calls independently as part of a collaborative team environment with close supervision.
Customer service experience in a call center environment
Ability to handle internal and external customers in a professional manner
Strong computer skills and knowledge of MS Office Software
Ability to manage multiple priorities
Ability to apply knowledge of operations best practices and procedures
