The Claims Root Cause Analyst will perform extensive reviews on member or provider claim issues to determine root cause analysis and document, track, resolve and report findings back to Administration. The Claims Root Cause Analyst provides expert assistance to other staff, members, providers and Administration by researching and resolving claims payment issues resulting from configuration or processing errors. The Claims Root Cause Analyst obtains information and responds to questions regarding third party liability and acts as a liaison to members and providers in accordance with established policies and procedures.
The ideal candidate is analytical with the ability to multi-task and has strong organizational, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
